We are seeking a Service Leader with exceptional team development, process management, and client relationship skills, capable of meeting targets to join our team.

Reponsibilities:

- Hire, coach, and provide daily management to a team of technicians, service advisors, and administrators.
- Proactively assess processes and create efficiencies with the shop to drive sales and service delivery.
- Manage inventory effectively and timely.
- Manage training, apprenticeship programs, and development of staff.
- Performance management of teams with respect, consistency, and fairness.
- Ensure workload is assigned with consideration for timeliness, and service excellence.
- Manage budgets, and prepare reports.
- Strong understanding of health and safety, and able to hold other accountable for performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Must have minimum 5 years experience in a heavy equipment service or as a licensed heavy equipment technician.
- Exhibited leadership in team management and development skills.
- Effective communication skills - written and verbal.
- Operate with fairness, respect, and consistency.
- Able to assess processes, and implement best practices to develop effectiveness.
- Excellent time management, accountability, and people development.
- Strong understanding of quality management, service delivery, and heavy equipment.

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Signing bonus

**Experience**:

- heavy equipment, truck or trailers: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
- Journeyman (preferred)
- Trade Certificate (preferred)
