**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting and selling our products. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success. If you have a passion for technology and sales, we want to hear from you We are seeking an individual with particular experience in Plumbing and/or Electrical sales and will pay a premium to that skill set.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and provide informative product demos to enhance customer understanding.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Engage in technical sales by explaining product specifications and benefits to customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; ability to explain technical concepts clearly is essential.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to engage with customers effectively, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$22.76 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
