**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate a hydraulic brake press, and tube bender
- Train in aluminum welding, previous welding experience an asset
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout for projects.
- Fabricate metal components according to project requirements, ensuring precision and quality in all work.
- Assemble parts and structures using mechanical knowledge and appropriate tools.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to transport materials as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Rig components as necessary for assembly or transportation within the facility.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a metal bender with an understanding of welding processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Experience with ductwork fabrication is a plus.
- Familiarity with machining processes is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other relevant machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with welding duties.
