**Job description**

Candoo Pharmatech Company Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Formulation Scientist to join our Research and Development team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in the formulation development of various pharmaceutical dosage forms. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and modifying preclinical and early clinical pharmaceutical formulations and manufacturing processes to achieve stable and bio-equivalent products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and modify pharmaceutical formulations to ensure stability and bio-equivalence.
- Lead the development, validation, implementation, documentation, and technology transfer of new products.
- Optimize and scale-up solid and liquid dose formulations for commercial production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support all activities required for product development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Document all formulation development activities and maintain accurate records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior scientists and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
- Extensive experience in liquid and solid dose pharmaceutical formulation development.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proven track record of successful product development and technology transfer.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
