**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and cutting tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety.
- Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed, contributing to the overall kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new staff in food handling procedures and cooking techniques as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.

Expected hours: No less than 34 per week
