With a busy caseload in surgery, dentistry, and medicine, our facility is fully equipped with advanced technology including digital x-rays radiographs, digital dental radiographs, in-house lab suite, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, cryotherapy and fully equipped OR. Job Details:

- Full-time, Permanent position
- Salary: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- 1 year of veterinary technician experience preferred.

- Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgeries
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
- Perform laboratory tests such as bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal analysis
- Take and develop X-rays
- Prepare animals for surgery and monitor their anesthesia
- Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and medication administration
- Maintain accurate medical records

- Previous experience working as a Veterinary Technician is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in performing laboratory tests such as bloodwork and urinalysis
- Familiarity with X-ray equipment and techniques
- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
