**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing information on promotions and products.
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professional etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- locking and unlocking the store in mornings/evenings.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail or technical sales is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a Keyholder or Supervisor role
- Must be 19 years of age to work in a vape store
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Proficient in using POS systems or willingness to learn new technology quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
