**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Maintenance Department in the role of Bowling Lane and Equipment Maintenance Technician. This position requires a hands-on approach, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for troubleshooting and repairing bowling lanes and associated equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bowling lanes and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with bowling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address facility-wide maintenance needs.
- Follow maintenance schedules and ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize technical manuals and documentation for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in small engine repair and maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a natural inclination for troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and take direction from supervisors.
- Familiarity with bowling equipment is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
