**Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Supply Chain Excellence to implement and improve the Supply Chain Excellence framework for SNDL across all functions that form part of the integrated Supply Chain and Operations structure. You will be responsible to deploy and maintain the SC Excellence framework to enable the supply chain and operations teams to effectively run and manage their performance and to identify levers to improve our performance in line with our short-term and long-term strategic ambitions. **Reporting Relationships and Contacts** **Reports to**:Director, Supply Chain Excellence **Directs**: none **Scope of Role**: - Lead and facilitate the senior leadership team in their implementation of Supply Chain Excellence, facilitating improvement in performance, standards, and capabilities through the Supply Excellence journey - Help identify, monitor, and support (as needed) improvement projects across the Supply Chain - Develop Continuous Improvement/Supply Chain capabilities in the Supply Chain leadership through formal and informal training, templates, technology, and methodologies (e.g., RCA, A3, PDCA) - Collaborate with SCE Analyst on crafting business processes, metrics, and systems, enabling new business strategies, and improving overall operational efficiency - Support a culture that prioritizes SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost) in that order - Facilitate cross-functional process discussions (as needed) - To build relationships and foster a team culture across the Supply Chain as a neutral party - Lead and deliver on pre-defined agreed upon projects for stakeholders across the Supply Chain including Facility Projects. You will provide project management including projects charters, plans, status updates, and project postmortems as needed for each project. **Knowledge and Experience**: - 7+ years Continuous Improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) - >5 years leadership experience - Proactive structured problem evaluation and solving skills - Strong understanding of Supply Chain and manufacturing in FMG environment - Proven champion of excellence leadership, management, tools and techniques - Proven ability to build a high-performance climate with multi-disciplined teams by effectively setting performance standards and coaching and developing others to achieve them - Proven track record as a great coach with strong engagement and communication skills - Cannabis and cannabis quality standards experience, preferred - Experience with ERP/eQMS systems an asset - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite **Salary**: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount - Vision care - Wellness program Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Kelowna, BC V4V 2K5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - supply chain: 1 year (preferred) - supply chain management: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
