**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality cleaning for residential homes and Airbnb properties, ensuring all tasks meet company standards.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and other areas as required.
- Change and launder linens for short-term rental properties (if applicable).
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any low inventory.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding specific cleaning needs or feedback.
- Follow cleaning checklists and adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or Airbnb) is an asset but not required—training provided.
- Must have access to reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing cleaning duties that involve bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
