This Job is located in Grafton Ontario 45 minutes east of Oshawa
- Purpose of this position:_

To ensure a high level of food quality, value, consistency and satisfaction to the guests, while maintaining/exceeding budgeted labour and staff.

**Key Objective # 1** **- Daily activities and responsibilities**

Ø knows proper handling of food, equipment and utensils

Ø prepares food according to Chef’s specification and recipes

Ø sets up daily mise-en-place

Ø cleans and maintains his/her working place, store, equipment and utensils

Ø participates in the meal service

Ø follows and enforces the hygiene and safety standard set by the Public Health Department and the food services department
