**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and services.
- Upsell additional services and packages to enhance the customer experience.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in our reservation system.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish or other languages).
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $16.11-$22.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
