**Overview**:

Then we **want** YOU to **join** our growing **team** This position requires you to be responsible for maintaining our HIGH standards of cleanliness and tidiness in residential and commercial facilities.

This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent time management skills as well as the ability to work well in a team setting and independently.

**Duties**:
Included but are **not**limited to:

- sweeping, vacuuming and washing floors
- clean and sanitize bathrooms including sinks, tubs/showers, glass/mirror
- clean and sanitize kitchens including inside/outside of appliances, countertops, cabinets, etc.
- empty trash cans and replace liners
- dust and wipe down inside and outsides of cabinets, baseboards, furniture, tables, desks, etc.
- clean interior windows and tracks including sliding glass doors
- follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- report to supervisor on a daily basis
- provide excellent customer service to all clients

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- previous cleaning experience of benefit
- **must have a clean criminal record check**:

- **must have driver's license and reliable vehicle** (bus routes will **not** work for this position)
- must demonstrate **reliability + dependability in work ethic and attendance**:

- strong commitment of maintaining HIGH standards of performance and professionalism
- strong attention to detail and the ability to clean efficiently
- ability to work in a team setting and with mínimal supervision
- excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- strong communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- physical stamina to preform some lifting, bending and prolonged standing
