**Job Overview**
We are seeking passionate and certified swim instructors to join our team. As a mobile swim instructor, you will travel to clients' locations to conduct personalized swimming lessons. Your role will involve assessing swimmers' abilities, developing lesson plans, and providing guidance to improve swimming techniques and water safety skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Travel to clients' homes or designated locations to conduct swimming lessons.
- Assess swimmers' abilities and tailor lesson plans to individual needs.
- Instruct and demonstrate swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety skills.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Track progress and provide feedback to swimmers and their families.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during lessons.
- Keep excellent communication with supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Combined Swim and Lifesaving Instructor certifications
- Standard First Aid with CPR-C
- National Lifeguard certification
- Proven experience in teaching swimming lessons to individuals or groups.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to clients' locations within the designated area.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with diverse age groups, from children to adults.
- Experience teaching individuals with varying abilities or special needs.
- Additional certifications in water safety or coaching.

- LSS Swim and Lifesaving Instructors (required)
