**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and driver abstract (MVR) verifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including licensing, eligibility, and background checks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent to meet seasonal and long-term hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand staffing requirements.
- Provide weekly updates and reports on recruitment progress.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing, logistics, or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for regulated workforce roles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with job boards, social media recruiting, and ATS systems.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., English and Punjabi/French/Spanish) considered an asset.
