**Requirements**:

- Related Pre-Apprenticeship training
- 306A Apprenticeship registration is required
- Level 1 (Basic) Apprenticeship schooling completion is an asset.
- Service related experience (Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and High Rise/Multi Residential) considered an asset.
- G3 Gas Technician or higher is an asset or willingness to pursue
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service through clear and consistent verbal communication and detailed written reporting
- Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy
- Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
- Mechanical aptitude
- Computer aptitude
