**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Student VIP (a division of Campbell & Co. Insurance), and a Navacord Broker Partner, based in Komoka, ON is searching for a Member Experience Representative. The Member Experience Representative should be well organized, have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage various projects at once.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Update content on our website which can include rewriting information to make it more clear for students or creating new content for new programs and services
- Creating and uploading reports and data to our Student VIP Dashboard
- Data entry of manual enrollment information
- Attending on site Campus events throughout the Year
- Maintain provider list and ensuring accuracy on the website
- Formatting and editing large data listings
- Updating our live chat platform and custom bots to improve student experience by identifying gaps in information and creating new articles
- Other tasks as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Client Facing Experience
- Exceptional spelling and grammar skills
- High attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft systems such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Think outside the box attitude
