Duties:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure the business remains competitive

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis and market trends
- Proficient in using computer software and systems relevant to the role

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations. **Salary**: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
