We specialize in creating and maintaining meaningful spaces such as parks, playgrounds, and restoration projects. During the winter, we support our communities with snow removal services.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated Heavy Equipment Technician Apprentice to join our team. Under the guidance of our experienced Mechanic Supervisor, you will assist in maintaining and repairing our construction and snow removal equipment. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in troubleshooting and servicing maintenance, construction, and snow/ice removal equipment both in the shop and in the field.
- Learn to utilize manuals and diagnostic equipment to perform duties.
- Help maintain accurate work orders.
- Work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and materials.
- Assist in adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components of automotive systems.
- Participate in routine and preventative maintenance on company vehicles, trucks, and equipment.
- Use company apps/software to track and monitor service tickets and maintenance intervals.
- Assist in requesting parts/consumables and managing inventory.
- Help maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
- Learn to identify ways to reduce work time and overall costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in or completed a Heavy Equipment Technician apprenticeship program.
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong willingness to learn and succeed.
- Physically fit and professional.
- Attention to detail.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour.
- Regular full-time shifts: Monday to Friday.
