**Home Medical Delivery Rep / Driver (Full Time) - Sudbury, ON**

As part of our Homecare team, your duties would include providing home delivery of oxygen equipment products, including respiratory equipment, to clients.

**Additional duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Deliveries within a defined route in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Maintaining vehicle and driver’s log
- Safely loading and unloading cylinders
- Working within a high safety standard
- Complete trip reports, fuel tickets and other necessary reports
- Complete site surveys of equipment and identify potential repairs of tanks at customer locations
- Deliver and setup medical equipment to clients including the provision of after hours service
- Provide verbal product education and supporting written documentation to clients in accordance with company procedures
- Problem solving equipment malfunction and distribution concerns

**Qualification**

You will bring with you to this position:

- 3 years valid driver’s license
- 1 year experience driving with similar type vehicle
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Excellent safety record
- Proof of full vaccination against the COVID-19 virus is required for this role. Fully vaccinated means having received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by the World Health Organization (WHO), for example:
- The full series of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by Health Canada, or any combination of such vaccines
- One or two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine not authorized by Health Canada, or followed by one dose of a COVID-19mRNA vaccine authorized by Health Canada, or
- Three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine not authorized by Health Canada
- AND a third dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by Health Canada if eligible for a third dose.

**Other Considerations**:
