**Job Summary**: As a Service Advisor, you are more than just a point of contact—you are the heart of our customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the repair process, ensuring their experience is as smooth and positive as possible. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to grow, learn new systems, and become a vital part of our tight-knit team.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Welcome and Assist**: Be the welcoming face of our garage—greet customers with a smile and provide a friendly, engaging experience.

**Diagnose and Explain**: Use your automotive know-how to listen to customer concerns, accurately document issues, and clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance in a way anyone can understand.

**Create Solutions**: Generate repair orders, obtain customer approvals, and coordinate with our expert technicians to ensure seamless and timely repairs.

**Communicate Clearly**: Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, providing updates and managing expectations.

**Handle Transactions**: Manage cash transactions with precision—collect payments and provide accurate change.

**Upsell with Integrity**: Identify and recommend additional services or products that would genuinely benefit the customer’s vehicle.

**Learn and Adapt**: Embrace our way of working and be open to learning new data systems and procedures that help us operate efficiently.

**What We’re Looking For**:
A **confident communicator** who can build rapport easily and establish trust with customers.

A **problem solver** with strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Someone with **excellent customer service skills** and a knack for making people feel valued.

**Experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment** is a plus, but not required. We value the right attitude over experience

**Proficiency in cash handling** and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

A **team player** who is adaptable and eager to learn new data systems and procedures.
