Remote Guarding is our fastest growing division. We install, service and monitor video-analytics-enabled security solutions across North America. **Remote Guarding Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to existing and potential customers - in person and over the phone
- Create customer referrals to generate leads
- Get creative and refer resources (ie. crime maps, news articles, etc.) to target areas that have a need for our services
- Be active on social media to create brand awareness and generate leads
- Sales Presentations - comfortable with public speaking and thinking on their feet
- Create and nurture partnerships with all kinds of businesses and industries including, but not limited to, construction and development companies, car dealers, utilities, equipment dealers, concrete suppliers, electrical contracting
- Prepare and present detailed quotes for customers
- Complete all paperwork required for sold systems
- Manage a sales pipeline, update database with activity
- Participate in all association trade shows/golf tournaments/events when required
- Some overnight travel out of town

**Qualifications and Skills Required**
- 3+ years of selling experience (face-to-face, leads generation, cold calling)
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Driven to get results and open to building, sharing and learning new and different ways to drive business impact
- Able to build strong rapport with potential and existing clients, establishing yourself as an educated and trusted security partner
- Self-driven attitude - no one holds you accountable better than you. You want to exceed your targets and prove to your team what you’re made of.
