**The Mission: Key Responsibilities**
- **Expert Operation**: Safely and professionally operate a tow truck for accident recovery, roadside assistance, and vehicle transportation.
- **Rapid Response**: Be the hero who answers the call—responding promptly to dispatch and ensuring quick, secure service.
- **Precision & Safety**: Master the proper loading and unloading of diverse vehicles using state-of-the-art equipment.
- **Customer Champion**: Communicate clearly, calmly, and courteously with dispatchers and customers, providing real-time updates and reassurance.
- **Beyond the Tow**: Use your skills to provide essential roadside services like **battery boosts** and **tire changes**.
- **Compliance & Care**: Maintain meticulous records, handle necessary documentation, and ensure your tow truck is always maintained and inspection-ready.
- **Commitment**: Be available for **on-call shifts**—including nights, weekends, and holidays—because emergencies don't keep business hours.
**What You Bring: Qualifications**
We're looking for a motivated professional ready to hit the ground running:
- **Essential**: A **Valid Driver's License** (Class 3 preferred) and an impeccable, **clean driving record**.
- **Experience**: Proven experience operating a tow truck or similar heavy equipment.
- **Grit**: The physical ability to lift heavy objects and confidently handle all tasks required for the job.
- **Problem Solver**: Strong attention to detail and a calm, focused demeanor—especially in emergency scenarios.
- **People Skills**: Exceptional customer service and communication abilities—you make customers feel safe and valued.
