Cabot Ford Lincoln is seeking a full-time Financial Services Manager to join our team of dealership professionals. In this position you will:

- Tailor financing options to match each client's unique situation.
- Help customers — some facing a challenging credit rating — obtain a suitable financing solution.
- Advise clients on how to re-establish weak credit ratings when needed.
- In-depth understanding of credit ratings and financing options available in an automotive sales setting.
- Ability to work comfortably with Microsoft Office and leading financial software. packages.
- Self-motivated and extremely organized, with strong time-management skills
- Ability to provide excellent service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to manage people sensitively and professionally.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Exceptional ability to communicate in a caring and professional manner with clients, during a time that some people may find stressful or challenging.

The applicant must have a clean criminal background check, clean driver’s abstract, and proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
