**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence and well-being.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary.
- Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans tailored to individual client needs, including those with dementia or requiring hospice care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in caregiving or home care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of senior care practices, including dementia care techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus.
- Experience working in assisted living or nursing home environments is beneficial.
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in following care plans.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and adapt to their unique needs.
