We are seeking reliable and trustworthy individuals to provide top-notch cleaning services for our residential clients. This position offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and the potential for advancement to full-time opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, appliances, and sinks.
- Clean interior windows and mirrors.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Adhere to customized cleaning checklists specific to each client to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
- Report any issues, damages, or concerns to management promptly.
- Maintain and manage your own cleaning equipment and supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must possess a high level of honesty and integrity.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check before commencing work.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 previous references
- Must supply your own cleaning equipment and supplies (see list below).

**Required Equipment (to be supplied by the subcontractor)**:

- Vacuum cleaner
- Mop and bucket
- Microfiber cloths and dusters
- All-purpose cleaner
- Glass cleaner
- Bathroom cleaner and disinfectant
- Rubber gloves
- Scrub brushes and sponges

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Flexible, on-call schedule - choose assignments that fit your availability.
