**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring fresh supplies are available.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene are met.
- Assist with laundry services as needed.
- Provide exceptional service to guests or residents by responding to requests in a timely manner.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests or residents respectfully.
