**Service Technician - Gorilla Property Services (Edmonton, AB)**:

- Full-time _

Gorilla Property Services provides exterior cleaning services like window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and more. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking technician who’s comfortable at heights and outdoors.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform exterior cleaning on homes and businesses
- Work at heights up to 40 ft using ladders
- Supervise a helper and manage job efficiency
- Interact with customers and collect payments
- Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle
- Track tools and materials

**What You’ll Need**:

- Valid Class 5 license
- **Proof of 6 years claims-free driving (required for operating commercial vehicle/insurance)**:

- Physically fit - lift 50 lbs, work at heights
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Experience is a bonus - we provide training
- Bonus for Fall Arrest and EWP certifications.

**Job Details**:

- Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM
- 30-40 hrs/week
- Stat holiday pay and 4% vacation pay.
