**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your exceptional customer service skills will help ensure that each guest has an enjoyable experience, making them want to return time and again.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining areas.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
- Assist with food preparation and food handling in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies; restock as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Uphold company standards for quality, presentation, and service at all times.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to help create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficient in cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in beverage preparation.
- A passion for coffee culture and eagerness to learn about different brewing techniques is a plus.

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
