Roof Sure is looking to hire a Roofing Team Leader / Project Manager. Responsibilities include:

- Building structures from wood and supporting materials
- Building frames for houses, walls, and other structures
- Building and repairing roofs
- Lift/carry heavy pieces of material or structures
- Use of saws and other power tools
- Delegating tasks to other team members
- Scoping projects and understanding of work planning
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Impeccable safety record
- Hands on experience with metal roofing
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Excellent communication skills
