**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Working on the Job with tools on
- Material Ordering and Pickup
- Being the Crew Leader
- Managing Apprentice Carpenters. Ability to Communicate Job Scopes
- Teaching and Training Apprentice Carpenters
- Keeping Jobs on Schedule and moving forward
- Delegating tasks and ensuring tasks are executed to 100%
- Keeping Quality in check with our Standards
- Following our Work Site Procedures and Executing
- Coordinate with subcontractors, and vendors
- Majority of time is on site to ensure progress and quality of work
- Review and interpret Job Scopes, blueprints, and construction documents
- Give Weekly Status updates

**Qualifications - We are Keeping this very simple**:

- Red Seal Carpenter
- Capable of Leading a Crew
- Drivers License and Ideally owns a Truck

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
- Renovation: 5 years (required)
- Carpentry: 7 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
