**Position Objective**:
The Creative Digital _Project Manager_ is a masterful _project manager_ who commands complex, custom _web design projects _from discovery to launch. This person will deftly coordinate all resources, based on a deep understanding of client objectives, to conquer timelines and drive measurable results. They will motivate their teams to be successful and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of _project _management experience in _web design_ and development
- Leadership ability to effectively prepare, meet, present, and manage client calls
- Proficiency with WordPress
- Previous experience working at a digital agency or consulting firm
- Experience using PM software such as Jira
- Confidence in driving all aspects of the _project_’s process to keep the team focused and clients reassured
- Technical writing skills for documentation
- 1+ years of fully remote PM experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish _project _scope based on client’s budget, business, technical, creative, and strategic goals
- Expertly prepare for all client meetings and lead all calls with investment, energy, and enthusiasm
- Ensure _project_/updates scope is clearly defined to client and internally and that work is done on time and within budget
- Gather content from client as needed and make sure the client is fully aware of what is needed when to avoid _project _delays
- Serve as the liaison between the creative team and the client to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off _project _deliverables, field feedback, and more
- Work with the _design _team to make sure that client vision is accurately represented in designs created/presented
- Create successfully achieved _project _timelines that define expected completion dates, milestones, and who is responsible for each task
- Ability to make a strong case while listening and remaining open to other perspectives
- Manage the creative department _project _schedules, budgets, and scopes
- Take full ownership on all account activities to be the single point of contact both internally and to the client
- Results orientation and willingness to improve process
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate both with and without authority
- Create requirements documents, _design _specifications, technical specifications, _project _schedules, _project _documentation, and other deliverables
- Ability to work effectively and dependably in remote environments
- Confidence to effectively present well-reasoned options to decision makers
- Take ownership of QA testing to make sure the work being done by the team is meeting or exceeding client’s expectations

Pay: $105,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
