**About the role**
- We’re looking for an impact-driven product manager who can execute nimbly to fuel the growing needs of the business
- You’ll be one of the early product managers who will help shape the product culture at Stadium Live.

**What will I be doing?**
- In the first few months, you’ll start with a broad focus to gain exposure to different product offerings
- Once you gain experience across the product, you’ll be given ownership of a specific product area. Example areas include: monetization optimization, core prediction experience, content features
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and content stakeholders to build internal tools to increase team efficiency
- Help contribute to building the long-term vision of the product by collaborating with the team on product strategy and roadmap
- End-to-end execution from ideation through to launch
- Product research and user interviews

**What do I need?**
- 2 - 4 years of experience in product management
- Strong knowledge of sports and/or mobile gaming products
- Strategic thinking: be able to develop a POV on how we can position the product amid competitors and double down on our strengths
- You need to be someone who enjoys working in a startup environment, where things are less structured and process-oriented
- A high degree of openness to feedback and ideas
- Strong communication: Clear specs, experience in synthesizing a large volume of feedback from users and internal stakeholders
- Impact-oriented: Evidence of tangible impact in past roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make good data-informed decisions

**Nice to have**
- Understanding of game mechanics, including game economy and progression
- Knowledge of betting concepts
