Baker and Confectioner

**Expected Hours**:40 hours per week

**Responsibilities**: Making cakes ,pastries, sandwiches. salads to go.

Customer Service: Communicate with customers to clearly understand their requirements and preferences.

Provide recommendations and guidance on cake designs and options.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure workstations, tools, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized at all times. Follow strict hygiene and safety standards in food preparation.

**Requirements: Experience: minimum 2 years**

Previous experience as a cake decorator or baker is preferred.

Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to work with precision and focus on small details. Time Management: Proven ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively, especially during peak times or tight deadlines.

Communication: Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with team members.

**Knowledge**:Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

**Note**:Work hours may include evenings from 5 pm to 11 pm to meet customer demand and specific deadlines.

**Pay**: $19-$23.00 per hour
