The marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the **Director, Brand Marketing & Acquisition** on managing the planning, scheduling and successful production of our partnership marketing program, a significant revenue stream for our organization. Managing our partnership marketing program, also includes working with our travel brand partners to collect and coordinate assets for all tactics within our platforms. This is a hybrid role with 80% of your time focused on implementing and executing the partnership marketing plans with the support of the marketing team. 20% of your time dedicated to strategically planning, negotiating, securing and nurturing coop partnerships.
**This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas**:

- Support the planning, scheduling and successful production of our partnership marketing program while maintaining strict operational deadlines
- Act as a liaison with travel brand partners to collect and coordinate assets for all tactics within our in-house platform
- Support advertorial, editorial and image assets across all travel brand content submissions, including: Editing, proofing, managing minor image manipulation
- Building assets in our CMS platform

- Supporting the AVP, Partnership with negotiating and securing coop contracts
- Financial and invoice management
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Adept at coordinating and planning
- Exceptional attention to detail with a drive for continuous improvement
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for both external and internal audiences
- Team player who excels working within a cross-functional environment
- Business-oriented with a passion for the development and execution of a plan
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
**Required Education and Experience**:
- 2 - 4 years of coordination experience and managing calendars/deadlines
- 2 - 4 years of experience in external-facing roles/relationship management (i.e., vendors/clients)
Preferred Experience:
- Agency or freelance experience
- Canva or similar experience
