**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time On-Call Renovation Assistant to support our renovation team with a variety of construction and demolition tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is physically capable, and can adapt to changing project schedules. The assistant will be called in on an as-needed basis depending on the demands of each job site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with interior and exterior demolition work
- Load and unload tools, materials, and debris
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
- Work cooperatively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized
- Operate basic hand tools and assist with material handling

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Owns steel toe boots (required on all job sites)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and performing strenuous labor
- Flexibility to work on-call and adjust to varying hours based on project needs
- Prior experience in construction or renovation is an asset, but not required

**Work Conditions**:

- Work is primarily indoors and residential
- Exposure to dust, debris, and loud environments
- Physical activity includes lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
