**About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Installer** to join our team. This hands-on role involves supporting the production process and assisting with installations of wooden structures & printed materials like adhesive vinyl, banners, rigid materials.

You’ll be trained on installation techniques while providing an extra set of hands to help ensure accuracy, and high-quality results. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, practical environment.

A valid Ontario driver’s license and **minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean abstract** are essential, as you will regularly drive a company vehicle to client sites.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform basic installations of products and equipment according to specifications and guidelines
- Install wooden structures
- Assist with printing, cutting, laminating, and prepping materials in the production area
- Drive company vehicle to job sites for installs and occasional deliveries
- Move materials and equipment as necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety measures are followed
- Maintain clear communication with team members
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on-site
- Document completed installations and report any discrepancies or concerns to management
- Be available for early morning, evening, or overnight installs as required

**Requirements**:

- **License**: Valid **Ontario G Driver’s License** with a **clean driver’s abstract** and **at least 5 years of driving experience** (required)
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong eye for accuracy, alignment, and quality finish
- **Math & Measuring Skills**: Comfortable using measuring tools and working with dimensions
- **Reliability**: Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions and safety protocols
- **Computer Skills**:Well versed in Microsoft Office
- **Physical Ability**: Capable of lifting materials
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work non-standard hours when needed

**Preferred (But Not Required)**
- Past experience in construction industry (such as carpentry, framing, millwork, landscaping etc.)
- Past experience with construction, or hands-on tasks working independently, following directions, plans or blueprints
- Familiarity with wide-format printing, laminating, or cutting equipment.
- Any experience with installations
