**Job Summary**:
At Compass Data & AI, our mission is to create extraordinary experiences at the intersection of hospitality and technology. CDAI is seeking a strategic, visionary, and impact-driven Director Strategy, Data & AI to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing our enterprise-wide AI strategy, ensuring every CDAI initiative is innovative and aligned with real business needs.

The Director Strategy, Data & AI will act as the bridge between business, data, and emerging AI technology, translating possibilities into plans and vision into value

- Identify high-value opportunities: Engage with business stakeholders across functions to uncover opportunities where AI can deliver operational efficiency and enhance decision-making.
- Define and lead Data and AI strategy: Partner with senior leadership to develop a clear roadmap for enterprise AI adoption, ensuring alignment with Compass Group’s business objectives.
- Drive innovation and experimentation: Champion bold thinking and bring forward solutions that keep Compass Group at the forefront of the industry.
- Translate complex concepts: Communicate AI strategy, capabilities, and impact clearly to executives, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration: Partner closely with data science, AI and business teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions.
- Measure impact: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure CDAI initiatives deliver measurable business value.

- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, translate needs, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive influencing skills.
- Ability to balance complex business needs with technical feasibility for prioritization and impact.
- Deep curiosity and a passion for innovation, experimentation, and making an impact with data and AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar, or MBA.
