**Job Overview**

This job begins part time and will evolve into a managerial role as training is completed.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure they meet hygiene standards.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to promote a healthy environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or facility maintenance activities.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organized manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
