**Summary**

Develop and maintain the master schedule to meet sales and operational objectives for on time delivery and efficient work center loading. Works closely with purchasing and manufacturing to ensure materials, components and outside processes are planned and delivered to ensure smooth work flow. Identifies trends and makes realistic assumptions concerning manufacturing capacity material availability, lead times and other operating variables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer supplied forecasts and internal ERP open order report.
- In conjunction with the Customer Service Coordinator creates a three-month rolling sales forecast as well as a full year sales projection
- Creates a rolling 8-week monthly master schedule within Preactor using customer supplied forecasts and internal open order report.
- Manage Preactor Master Data to ensure alignment with current capabilities and capacities
- Create monitor and maintain daily and weekly departmental work schedules and monitors the flow of parts internally and to external sources.
- Publishes Internal metric results including Customer On Time Delivery, WO On Time Completion and Rough Cut Capacity Plans
- Works closely with purchasing to ensure raw material and component delivery meet manufacturing objectives.
- Daily review of departmental progress to plan and works with manufacturing to make adjustment to meet objectives.
- Oversees direction of the Production Planner which includes daily hot list and populates communication board.
- Monitors inventory to customer contract commitment to purchase.
- Communicates with customers, sales, purchasing, manufacturing and shipping to meet promised delivery dates.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

**Work Conditions**
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required

**Requirements**:

- University or collage degree in MRP preferred
- Minimum five year experience in a related field
- Highly motivated
- Excellent PC skills including MS Excel, Word and Access
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision or similar ERP system.
- Understands manufacturing materials, processes and specifications
