**Job description**
**OVERVIEW**
Sprinkler Deficiency Sales will work closely with the Deficiency Sales Team throughout assigned regions to prepare sprinkler deficiency quotes, and other life safety products offered by CFLS while providing our clients with outstanding customer service.
A Sprinkler Deficiency Sales is responsible for but not limited to the following tasks:
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare deficiency related quotes for CFLS customers for any of their fire protection systems.
- Pricing T&M jobs
- Continue to expand your knowledge of fire codes, building codes and fire protection standards
- Keep up to date on new technology and new products being offered in the fire protection industry
- Provide regular communication, both formal and informal with the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Service Managers as it relates to service-related quotes and customer enquiries
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the sprinkler industry
- Certified Journeyperson, or sprinkler deficiency quoting experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Good interpersonal skills with staff and customers
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a calm and effective manner.
