**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the home.
- Document daily care activities and report any concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in caregiving, particularly in settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and best practices.
- Experience with hospice care or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Senior care techniques and strategies to assist client effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
- A nurturing attitude combined with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
