Indigenous Psychological Services (IPS) is a culturally grounded, trauma-informed practice dedicated to the healing and well-being of Indigenous individuals, families, and communities. We offer counselling, assessment, and consultation services rooted in both clinical excellence and Indigenous ways of knowing.

**Position Summary**

We are seeking **Registered Psychologists** to join our growing team of mental health professionals. Psychologists will provide clinical services to Indigenous clients, including assessment, therapy, and consultation. This role requires a strong commitment to cultural safety, collaboration, and professional ethics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide individual, family, and/or group counselling using evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches
- Conduct psychological assessments and prepare professional reports, as required
- Work collaboratively with other providers and community partners to support client care
- Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to ethical standards of practice
- Participate in relevant training and supervision, as needed
- Uphold the values of cultural humility, safety, and respect in all work with clients and communities

**Requirements**:

- Must be a **Registered Psychologist** in good standing with a provincial regulatory body (e.g., College of Psychologists)
- Will accept Clinical Social Workers.
- Must carry valid professional liability insurance
- Must demonstrate a **commitment to cultural safety** and complete Indigenous-specific training (or be willing to do so)
- Experience working with Indigenous communities or knowledge of Indigenous healing practices is an asset
- Must adhere to confidentiality and privacy laws and uphold IPS’s core values

**Compensation and Hours**
- Starting rate of **$80.00 per hour**:

- Flexible hours; part-time or full-time options available
- Opportunities for in-person sessions (e.g., West End office)
