**Job Description**:
**_
Our TW Heavy Vehicle Parts Distribution Center in Longueuil is looking for an Inside Sales Advisor._**

**_ Your responsibilities will be:_**
- To process all orders received electronically, by phone, or by fax;
- Make sure to place the special orders for missing items;
- Follow up on customers’ orders as well as their backorders (B.O.);
- Advise customers on required parts by using technical schemas;
- Provide cost estimation based on the technical data provided by clients;
- Support on the road sales representatives;
- Keep his/her technical knowledge up-to-date at all times.

**Qualifications**:
**_
To join our team, you need:_**
- High School diploma with a minimum of 5-years’ experience in a similar position;
- Essential to have a vast knowledge of heavy vehicle parts;
- Excellent skills for Customer service
- Timeliness and accuracy in data processing.
- Bilinguilism is mandatory
