Dishwasher

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food handling and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Support other team members in the kitchen as needed to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help others in the hospitality setting.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
