**Job Summary**:
As a Warehouse Associate at J-Link, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This position involves operating forklifts to handle materials, managing inventory, and preparing shipments to meet customer expectations. You will be responsible for order picking, packing, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety will be essential in supporting the smooth flow of goods and achieving operational excellence.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to effectively track inventory and manage shipments.
- Prepare daily finished good shipments, including completing counts, wrapping pallets, and preparing shipping documents.
- Perform order picking and packing to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks, to move products within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist in assembling displays or setups for product promotions or storage solutions, as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure proper mechanical function and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- **Equipment Skills**: Proficiency in operating forklifts or other heavy equipment is an asset (valid forklift certification preferred).
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory software.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- **Teamwork**: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipment processing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
