**Who we are looking for**:
**The Day-to-Day**:
Client Facing Onboarding

- Collaborate closely with the account owner to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Carry out all onboarding activities outlined in the customer project plan.
- Handle key onboarding tasks such as installation, configuration, system calibration, validation, and end-user training.
- Participate in technical discovery sessions with clients to understand requirements and align solutions.
- Work with both hardware and software components across GlobalVision products.

Support

- Conduct training sessions, system calibrations, and respond to general support inquiries.
- Assist clients with software upgrades and version transitions.
- Diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues efficiently.

Internal Projects

- Contribute to internal projects that enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Support creative initiatives such as marketing videos, product tutorials, and other multimedia content.
- Participate in internal efforts related to onboarding process improvements and documentation.

**Indicators that you could be a good match for this role**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with 2-4 years in customer-facing roles and 1-3 years in technical support.
- Able to work primarily EST time zone, with occasional flexibility to cover CET time zone hours.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French.
- Able to travel occasionally to customer trainings and to our HQ for sample testing as required.

**Nice to haves**:

- Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
- Fluent in additional languages beyond English and French.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of Java programming.

**Au quotidien**

Intégration en contact avec les clients

- Collaborer étroitement avec le responsable du compte pour garantir une expérience client fluide.
- Réaliser toutes les activités d'intégration décrites dans le plan de projet du client.
- Gérer les tâches clés d'intégration telles que l'installation, la configuration, l'étalonnage du système, la validation et la formation des utilisateurs finaux.
- Participer à des sessions de découverte technique avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et d'adapter les solutions.
- Travailler avec les composants matériels et logiciels de l'ensemble des produits GlobalVision.

Assistance

- Organiser des sessions de formation, des calibrages du système et répondre aux demandes d'assistance générales.
- Aider les clients dans le cadre des mises à niveau logicielles et des transitions de version.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre efficacement les problèmes matériels et logiciels.
