Automotive Concierge

AutoIQ Network of Dealers is growing again and currently seeking an Automotive Sales Concierge to join our team. We are offering this position with the option of remote, Hybrid or in office.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage incoming internet leads, sales calls, and outbound campaigns in a timely manner
- Provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements and create appointments for qualified dealership personnel
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance to clients
- Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Meet personal/team target
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealerships by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
- Committing to working with a dedicated team full of fun and amazing individuals

**Requirements**:

- Passion for delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience
- Ability to multi-task between computer programs while maintaining engagement and rapport with customer on the phone
- Exceptional initiative, high energy, and positive attitude
- Process driven with solid organization and prioritization abilities
- Relevant education and working experience an asset.
