**CULTIVATION MANAGER**

**SUMMARY**

The Cultivation Manager will oversee and manage the organization’s ongoing operations, including production schedules, policy and procedure development, and compliance capabilities. The Cultivation Manager will reflect the company’s culture of high moral standards, innovation and continuous improvement, and sustainable relationships through their actions.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed

customers’ expectations and achieve business objectives. Utilize the production schedule to allocate product and labour to each strain meeting companies expectations

Coordinate and work in an alignment with Master Grower to ensure the health of plants to meet customers demands

Work with management team to develop SOPs and work instructions to improve efficiency, lower costs and maintain zero accident work environment

Provide direction to Operations Supervisors and Team Leads by developing effective leadership skills, mentoring, and monitoring progress

Oversee all harvest and post processing activities while mentoring the cultivation staff to follow best production practices

Managing cultivation staff and allocate labour for all plant health and processing operations including supervision of trim and production capabilities

Preparation of products for wholesale markets overseeing inventory control levels while meeting company’s KPI’s

Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. Follow up on key performances reviews for the cultivation staff.

Serve as a member of the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational

infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth

objectives of our organization

Ensure compliance with Health Canada standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and complete and on-time delivery at the lowest possible cost

Oversee compliance policies and procedures for the total facility including health, safety, sanitation, environmental processes, quality, and safety

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Health Canada Security Clearance an asset.**

Must be able to work well in a group and independently and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.

Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.

Must have an understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
