**Belvika Trade & Packaging Ltd. **is a leading one-stop contract packaging company, specializing in precision packing of dry foods, chocolate and confectionary products from multiple facilities totaling more than 400,000 ft2. A 30-year-old and 100% owned Canadian Company, Belvika has grown to be one of the largest co-packers of chocolate, confectionary and snack products in Canada. Belvika uses its extensive experience in managing both manual processes and automated equipment to handle primary and secondary packaging of products for some of the world’s best known confectionary brands.

Belvika is currently seeking a **Production Coordinator** to maintain the integrity of all the products ordered to the Company’s standards. In addition, ensure the proper workflow is supported by addressing any concerns in a timely manner and maintaining accuracy in the systems. The Production Coordinator will be located in the** Brantford** facility, located at 1 Bowery Road.
- Monitor staging lines to make sure that the product arrives in good condition;
- Monitor shortages in Blue Yonder;
- Contact appropriate person to resolve issue if LPNS are pending and won’t release in Blue Yonder;
- Contact the Supply Chain Manager to investigate when product is late;
- Manually complete work orders in Blue Yonder that are short;
- Check if the project is ordered in full in Blue Yonder;
- Order specific LPNs
- This process will require continues communication with the Supply Chain Manager;
- Investigate any inbound/outbound issues by using Nulogy and Blue Yonder;
- Adjust priorities due to schedule changes;
- Assist Operations Site Manager with creating and delivering of training, as required;
- All other duties as assigned.

**Education/Work experience requirements**:

- Post Secondary Degree required;
- 1 year+ experience in the copacking industry;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Blue Yonder or Red Prairie experience is considered an asset;
- Nulogy experience is considered an asset.
